Talan is seeking a Confirmed ServiceNow Consultant / F to join CloudSpirit within its ServiceNow Platform Specialist business unit. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, supporting large clients with technical expertise and best practices. The team focuses on complex projects within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a focus on ITIL and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments
  • Mastery of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Knowledge of CMDB, HR, ITBM, CSM modules
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
  • Mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to configure and parameterize ServiceNow modules advanced
  • Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration
