The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, supporting large clients with technical expertise and best practices. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments
- Mastery of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Knowledge of CMDB, HR, ITBM, CSM modules
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
- Mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Ability to configure and parameterize ServiceNow modules advanced
