Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments
- Mastery of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Knowledge of CMDB modules, HR, ITBM, CSM

- Mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Ability to configure and parametrize ServiceNow modules
- Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration
