Deloitte is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in ITSM and custom application development to join their team in Bengaluru. The role involves leading functional engagements, designing scalable solutions, and developing custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine, requiring strong client-facing skills and a strategic mindset. This position is focused on leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to drive platform adoption and innovation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Support agile teams in ServiceNow-related activities.
- Assist in designing, coding, configuring, unit testing, maintaining, and documenting software deliverables.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, and Service Portal customization.
- Proficient in JavaScript programming.
- Exposure to various ServiceNow modules (GRC, VRM, BCM, ESG, SIR, etc.) and experience in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Advanced degrees a plus).
