Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
- Experience in writing functional specifications and collaborating with development teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITSM Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
