Consulting - Technology Consulting - SNOW BPM (ServiceNow) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) at Ernst & Young U.S. LLP. Analyze technology, business, and other data processing problems to improve computer systems. Manage teams of professionals and motivate them to deliver quality client services.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
• Must have 2 years of consulting experience in a professional services firm.
• Must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:
• •Consulting experience in technology strategy and management;
• •IT Transformation including ServiceNow Systems Implementation;
• •IT and enterprise Service Management design;
• •Workflow design, configuration and testing on platforms including ServiceNow and/or similar;
• •Providing consulting services to enterprises in creating value, rationalizing costs, and managing IT risks and effectiveness.
• Must have 3 years of experience in 1 of the following:
• •Implementing technology strategy and cost optimization solutions using leading practices related to people, processes, and technology;
• •Identifying cost saving opportunities and providing comprehensive recommendations for performance improvement;
• •ServiceNow Systems Implementation;
• •Business and technical requirements gathering;
• •Technical Design, Configuration and Testing;
• •Enabling IT and enterprise Service Management workflows.
• Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of consulting professionals.
• Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
