This Consulting Technical Manager role is the primary escalation point for application incidents, particularly Severity 1 issues. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving production issues, leading root cause analysis, participating in ITIL processes, and supporting client interactions. Strong analytical skills and experience in data modelling are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in L3 support for OFSAA or similar analytical products in the banking domain.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
  • Strong experience in data modelling and debugging.
  • Experience managing Severity 1 incidents, production deployments, and patch support.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow and My Oracle Support (MOS).
  • Familiarity with IT audit requirements and compliance best practices.
