We're looking for a Manager to join our Technology Consulting team, specializing in ServiceNow and BPM. As a Manager, you'll analyze technology, business, and data processing problems to improve computer systems. You'll work on ServiceNow implications, help develop IT strategies, and determine computer software or hardware needs. You'll also manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field
- 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience
- 2 years of consulting experience in a professional services firm
- 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following: technology strategy and management, IT Transformation, IT and enterprise Service Management design, workflow design, configuration and testing on platforms including ServiceNow and/or similar, providing consulting services to enterprises in creating value, rationalizing costs, and managing IT risks and effectiveness
- 3 years of experience in 1 of the following: implementing technology strategy and cost optimization solutions, identifying cost saving opportunities, ServiceNow Systems Implementation, business and technical requirements gathering, technical Design, Configuration and Testing, enabling IT and enterprise Service Management workflows
- 2 years of experience leading teams of consulting professionals
- Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international
