In this opportunity as a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service, performing queries in Open SQL, developing scripts in SQL Server, and more.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server
- Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog
- Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Advanced oral and written English proficiency
- Analysis and definition of project specifications and requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the rest of the Office suite
