Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and administration.
- Knowledge of ITIL and best practices in IT service management.
- Ability to script (JavaScript, GlideScript) and develop applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with API integration and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
