As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the financial sector, shaping solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency of financial institutions. You will implement and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with business teams, and perform maintenance and continuous support of the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and administration.
- Knowledge of ITIL and best practices in IT service management.
- Scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript) and application development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with API integration and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
