The Continuous Improvement Specialist will drive the adoption and self-service usage of HR systems and processes, monitoring usage, performing data assessments, and recommending enhancements to improve service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in relevant field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a similar role; working with HCM, Product Ownership, ServiceNow product, Agile framework experience
- English language upper intermediate
- Knowledge of any other language is an advantage
- Proven experience in continuous improvement, project management, and change management
