Datacom is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to work with clients across Australia and New Zealand to deliver ServiceNow solutions. This role involves leading ServiceNow projects, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions, and conducting workshops, as well as advocating for workday concepts.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
- TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM
- Knowledge and certification of any other modules
- Ability to configure Catalogue Items, and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
- Previous implementation project experience
- ServiceNow Functional Certifications and CSA desirable
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
