The Talent Pipeline Program is a one-year comprehensive training and real-world work experience opportunity tailored for recent university graduates. The HRIS Specialist, People Systems will be part of a team that handles employee confidential data and supports the systems relating to personnel data (Workday).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of excel, including writing Macros and data manipulation
  • Superb attention to detail, analytical, customer centric approach
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to listen and influence
  • A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management and project leadership
