The Billing & Account Support Services (BASS) team is responsible for leading the contract set up process for Business-to-Business (ABM) clients. This includes ensuring accurate and efficient customer set up, contract set up and maintenance, and validating contract information within the ERP system. The role involves direct contract administration tasks like contract setup, modification, maintenance, and invoice review.
