Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant contracts manager experience in a technology company or in-house legal department
• Ability to interpret, negotiate, and draft legal and business terms and conditions
• Ability to participate and understand technical discussions and business requirements
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure, being dependable with deliverables and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree; contract management or paralegal certificate a plus
