As a Contracts Manager, you will engage in high-stakes legal and business negotiations for cutting-edge technology and AI products, playing a key role in shaping enterprise solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Education: Law degree required.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience negotiating technology agreements, including but not limited to SaaS or software licensing agreements.
  • Sales Support: Demonstrated experience supporting a sales organization and closing deals efficiently in collaboration with business teams
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations.
  • Critical Thinking and Judgment: Exceptional critical thinker, who possesses strong business acumen and excellent business judgment; must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to distill complex issues clearly.
  • Practical Approach: A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results while maintaining legal and business integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient drafting and legal technical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Global Perspective: Working knowledge or experience working in an international context.
  • Revenue Recognition: Understanding of revenue recognition principals and their application in transactional contexts.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with both local and international team members, fostering a cohesive, respectful and productive working environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: A proactive attitude toward improving established practices, with a strong drive to innovate and enhance processes.
  • Commitment to Development: A demonstrated interest in continuous professional development through both internal training programs and external academic or industry-related resources.
