ServiceNow is seeking a Contracts Manager to work cross-functionally and within the legal department to bring strategic products and offerings to market. This role involves ensuring contracts are in place, understanding and selling terms, and supporting acquisitions and deals. The company is a global market leader in cloud-based technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in contracts or commercial legal roles
- BS/MS in Legal Studies, MBA Business Administration, or related experience
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales
- Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions
- Skilled at engaging with internal teams to explain policies and answer questions
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Program management experience is a plus
- Strong logic and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
