Support, troubleshoot, and manage end-user technology to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for employees. Provide technical support, configure and maintain devices, ensure software compatibility, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in an EUC support role
- Exposure to Logistics / Supply Chain environments advantageous
- Desktop and Infrastructure support experience
- Active knowledge of relevant troubleshooting skills and tools
- Proactive automation of system administration tasks
- Experience in Operations teams that are required to provide 24x7 support
- Experience in Business-related IT systems from an Engineering perspective
- Worked in an Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) aligned environment
- Good interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- End user computing and administration including Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Standard Operating Environment (SOE) / Managed Operating Environment (MOE), and Desktop applications
- Confident with the use of ITSM Toolsets (ServiceNow)
- Understanding of orchestration and automation tasks within an IT environment
