Welcome to Haleon. We are a global consumer goods company driven by a mission: to put everyday health in the hands of millions of people. We are currently looking for a Label Change Coordinator to join the Montreal (Saint-Laurent) team.

Requirements

  • Assisting the technical team with product/project change controls and evaluating impacts on MERP
  • Primarily taking charge of Artwork change controls
  • Making the link between the site, Artwork Hub, and the market; participating in project meetings to provide and collect updates
  • Collaborating with NPI/TT/VE/PPV/PKG project managers for change controls and MERP configuration
  • Supporting interfunctional team governance to examine and treat changes
  • Following PLM projects and respecting deadlines (NPI/TT/VE/PPV, risk management)
  • Completing MERP DCF or ServiceNow tickets as needed
  • Updating CH Pack documentation

Requirements Summary

Diploma in college studies or equivalent experience, experience in project management or supply chain management, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, sense of organization and rigor in task tracking, master of common computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel), ability to manage multiple priorities and respect deadlines, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
