This role involves driving innovation in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on customer adoption and business outcomes. The consultant will work with customers to design and implement ServiceNow's AI and Platform solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading both design and build activities. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to ServiceNow's innovative AI and Platform offerings through solution design and implementation.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of configuration/development experience in ServiceNow platform across highly-capable technologies (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, custom applications, integrations, portals, UI Builder workspaces)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into work processes (AI-powered tools, automation, analysis, or exploring AI's impact).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric mentality and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
