Copywriter

The ServiceNow Brand & Strategy team is looking for a Copywriter, Campaigns to create impressive campaigns and brand experiences that live throughout the entire marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, conceptual thinking and exceptional writing skills, with experience in a wide variety of media. They will work collaboratively with the Art Director partner and cross-functional stakeholders to bring the brand to life in new and engaging ways.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in copywriting for a creative agency or world-class in-house team; B2B/tech experience is a plus
• BA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English, or other related discipline and/or the equivalent professional writing experience for campaigns
• Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions and campaigns across all mediums: advertising, film, websites (desktop/mobile), digital products, long-form copy, social, content marketing and events
• Fluency with a variety of AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, etc.) for use in the creative ideation and production process
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
