Corporate Counsel, EMEA Public Sector

ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated and pragmatic Corporate Counsel to serve as the Subject Matter Expert in public sector contracting. This role will support a team focused on ServiceNow's SaaS and professional services sales to public sector customers, requiring knowledge of both US GAAP and international accounting regulations. The role will involve managing contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-house public sector contracting experience
• Experience with sales contracts involving elements such as AI, cloud, and EBA/DORA
• Fluency in English, French, and other major language(s) used in EMEA
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Firm understanding of commercial law and revenue recognition
• Proficiency in drafting and legal technical skills
