Corporate Counsel, EMEA Public Sector

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel for European and Middle East public sector contracting. The role involves supporting a team handling ServiceNow’s SaaS sales to public sector customers, and commercial sales. It's a fast-paced, innovative environment offering cutting-edge technology to over 8,100 customers, and is a key area of growth for ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Experience with sales contracts involving elements such as AI, cloud providers, and EBA/DORA.
• Experience negotiating agreements with government customers.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations for commercial item prime contractors and subcontractors.
• Fluent in English, French and/or other major language(s) used in EMEA
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities.
• Strong business acumen and excellent business judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient drafting and legal technical skills.
• Firm understanding of revenue recognition principals
