Corporate Systems Analyst

Americold is seeking a Corporate Systems Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of their HR systems. This role involves BAU system support, process management, and contributing to ad-hoc projects across the technology stack, including Oracle HCM, Dayforce, UKG, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have experience in HCM environments and be proficient in system configuration, data maintenance, and user support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a systems support or administration role, ideally within HCM environments
• Hands-on experience with UKG Kronos, Other WFM Systems or Oracle HCM systems, including system configuration, testing, data maintenance, and user support
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and data cleansing
• Proven ability to resolve 20+ system tickets per week via ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a track record of resolving system issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Proactive problem solver and experience in automating manual processes
