Americold is seeking a Corporate Systems Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of their HR systems. This role involves system support, managing control processes, and contributing to ad-hoc projects using Oracle HCM, UKG Workforce Central, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with HR software and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in systems support or administration, ideally within HCM environments
- Hands-on experience with UKG Kronos, Other WFM Systems or Oracle HCM systems, including system configuration, testing, data maintenance, and user support
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and data cleansing
- Experience supporting cross-functional project teams for system upgrades, enhancements, or implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a track record of resolving system issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service mindset and user satisfaction focus
