This role involves providing daily support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or P2P systems
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Requirements Summary
