Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- Experience with CRM/Customer Engagement/Customer Service Management/CX solutions
- Understanding of CRM, CX/CSM solution process
- Experience leading virtual/matrixed teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Regional travel (up to 50%)
