ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for CRM & Industry Workflows to guide clients through the implementation of ServiceNow’s CRM Service or Salesforce Service Cloud. This role focuses on delivering best-practice solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and advocating for customer needs within ServiceNow's cloud-based platform. The consultant will also provide pre-sales support and collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with customer service management needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • 8+ years consulting experience with enterprise architecture.
  • 2+ years focused on customer service management.
