ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Advisory Solution Consultant to help government agencies and statutory boards in Singapore transform citizen services and operational efficiency through innovative CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience in CRM and customer experience
- Strong knowledge of service, sales, lead, and opportunity management
- Ability to leverage or critically evaluate AI in workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving within CRM contexts for government use cases
- Proven track record engaging with Singapore government agencies, statutory boards, or GovTech projects
- Familiarity with PDPA, IMDA guidelines, and GovTech ICT standards
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for senior government stakeholders
- Innovative thinker with a focus on process improvement and delivering citizen-centric value
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams

Requirements Summary
7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, proficiency with ServiceNow or similar cloud-based platforms, and experience working with Product Management, Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services
