Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience in CRM and customer experience
  • Strong knowledge of service, sales, lead, and opportunity management
  • Ability to leverage or critically evaluate AI in workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving within CRM contexts for government use cases
  • Proven track record engaging with Singapore government agencies, statutory boards, or GovTech projects
  • Familiarity with PDPA, IMDA guidelines, and GovTech ICT standards
