Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into workflow or decision-making processes.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution consulting.
  • Proven expertise in the ServiceNow platform, especially CRM Workflow.
  • Strong background in CRM architecture, integrations, and scalable solution design.
  • Demonstrated success leading the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
