ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Solution Consultant to lead the creation and evolution of a Best Practice Proof of Concept (POC) Program centered on CRM and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will collaborate with experts in the field to design, iterate, and improve a showcase program highlighting innovation and problem-solving. This role is high-impact, hands-on, and requires deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into workflow or decision-making processes.
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution consulting.
- Proven expertise in the ServiceNow platform, especially CRM Workflow.
- Strong background in CRM architecture, integrations, and scalable solution design.
- Demonstrated success leading the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Excellent communication and enablement skills.
