Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience in CRM and customer experience
- Ability to leverage or critically evaluate AI in workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving within CRM contexts for BFSI use cases
- Proven track record engaging with banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, or fintech projects in India
- Familiarity with RBI, IRDAI, SEBI guidelines, and India's data privacy regulations
