As a Solution Consultant for the India BFSI sector, you will play a pivotal role in helping banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions transform customer engagement and operational efficiency through innovative CRM solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience in CRM and customer experience
  • Ability to leverage or critically evaluate AI in workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving within CRM contexts for BFSI use cases
  • Proven track record engaging with banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, or fintech projects in India
  • Familiarity with RBI, IRDAI, SEBI guidelines, and India's data privacy regulations
