As a Cross Functional Lead - L1, you will act as a single point of contact for ITIL Processes, connect with customers and vendors, and drive day-to-day operations to achieve process KPIs and service level targets.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in ITSM practice
- ITIL V4 MP / ITIL 2011 Expert certification
- Good knowledge of ITSM Tools, such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and HPSM
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
