As a cross functional lead, you will work with us to execute ITIL processes, manage discussions with customers and service providers, and drive day-to-day operations. You will lead ITIL process resources to achieve process KPIs and service level targets, and act as a crisis manager during critical incidents.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles
- ITIL V4 MP / ITIL 2011 Expert certification
- Good knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills
- Good documentation and process flow diagramming skills
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Engineering, or Computer Sciences
