As a Cross Functional Lead - L2, you will act as a single point of contact for the execution of ITIL processes, connect with customers and service providers, and drive day-to-day operations to achieve process KPIs and service level targets.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in ITSM practice
- ITIL V4 MP / ITIL 2011 Expert certification
- SIAM Foundation / Architect Certification
- Good knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
- Graduate or postgraduate in Management / Engineering / Computer sciences
