As a Cross Functional Lead - L2, you will work with customers and other service providers to manage ITIL processes, drive day-to-day operations, and ensure process adherence. You will also lead ITIL process resources to achieve KPIs and service level targets.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in ITSM practice
- ITIL V4 MP / ITIL 2011 Expert certification
- SIAM Foundation / Architect Certification
- Good knowledge of ITSM tools, including ServiceNow, Remedy, and HPSM
