We are looking for a Cross Functional Lead - L2 to act as a single point of contact for the execution of ITIL Processes, drive and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and lead ITIL Process resources to achieve KPIs and Service level targets.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles
- ITIL V4 MP / ITIL 2011 Expert certification
- Good knowledge of ITSM Tools, such as ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM, etc.
- Excellent team management, presentation, and communication skills
- Good documentation and process flow diagramming skills

Requirements Summary
