Kentro is seeking a Customer Service Engineer (System Administrator) to support VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contracts across the United States. This role involves providing onsite and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system administration tasks. Requirements

  • Support Government with system administration tasks.
  • Assist with remote and desk-side technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain Active Directory and other system accounts.
  • Monitor VA’s ServiceNow customer incident ticketing system.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • US Citizen or Green card holder.
  • Willing to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance.
