Kentro is seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support their VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract. This role involves providing onsite and remote technical support to IT customers, assisting with system administration tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires a commitment to safety and adherence to business processes.

Requirements

  • Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot computer systems
  • Assist with remote and desk-side technical support
  • Assist in system administration tasks and data logging
  • Perform system administration tasks related to Active Directory
  • Maintain VA's ServiceNow customer incident ticketing system

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field. 2+ years of IT technical support/help desk experience. Must be a US citizen or green card holder
