Kentro is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support their VACO, providing onsite and remote support to IT customers across VA Administrations. This role involves providing technical support, workstation setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring VACO operational effectiveness. Requirements

  • Leverages expertise to support full suite of Microsoft and Apple applications.
  • Actively engages in learning new technologies.
