As a Customer Solution Architect, you will support customers strategically and develop tailored solutions from our portfolio. You will analyze customer's strategic roadmap and technical challenges and develop suitable solutions, position Computacenter as a trusted partner, and coordinate all involved departments.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in strategic customer consulting, pre-sales or solution-oriented sales support in the IT sector
- High level of customer orientation and sense of business relationships
- Strong technical background, experience and knowledge of leading tools such as ServiceNow, NextThink and Genesys
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills on various levels in German and English
