Platform Engineer Document Management System (m/f/d)

Knauf is seeking a Platform Engineer Document Management System to join their team in Kitzingen, Germany. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software service management for a global user base, with a deep understanding of SAP Document archival methodology.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software service management for a global user base
• Deep understanding of SAP Document archival methodology
• Proficient in service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• ITIL certification is a plus
• Skilled in deploying and monitoring cloud-native applications
• Expertise in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., NewRelic, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
• Strong knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering principles and document management platforms
