ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive (CSE) to focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, driving retention, and maximizing the value of their ServiceNow Platform. The role involves strategic guidance, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer success at all levels of the customer journey. The CSE will also influence the customer's business strategy and contribute to innovation efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status and reside in Montreal.
  • 10+ years of related work experience OR equivalent work experience
  • Creativity with comfort running projects independently.
