ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive value in one of their largest and most strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing and managing an Impact account plan, working closely with key stakeholders, and delivering results against KPIs to accelerate business adoption and platform value. This is a full-time, in-site position with the option of remote work.

Requirements

  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformations within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build lasting relationships with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-impact customer success or consulting teams.
  • Strong experience working across multiple departments, driving alignment, and managing stakeholders.
