The role focuses on driving customer success, fostering strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities for value realization. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, capable of navigating complex situations and driving sustainable growth for ServiceNow customers.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in running large-scale, strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing Customer Success or Consulting teams.

Requirements Summary

12+ years management consulting/leadership exp. BA/BS + Master's degree preferred. Strong analytical & communication skills. Experience with AI integration is a plus
