The role involves strategic leadership, partnership with C-level executives, and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure customer value realization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in enterprise-level SaaS transformation and possess strong leadership, strategic advising, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Enterprise-level SaaS Transformation and Strategic Advisory
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformations within SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Experience engaging and building lasting relationships with senior executives
  • 15+ years in management consulting, solution consulting or a leadership role at a top-tier consulting firm
  • Successful leadership experience in a highly impactful customer success or consulting team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Ability to navigate dynamic environments and adjust strategies
