This role focuses on accelerating customer success, ensuring renewals, and maximizing ServiceNow’s impact on business transformation. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, partner with C-level executives, and mitigate risks to deliver on business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in AI integration and strategic advisory
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformations in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Minimum 15 years in management consulting, solution consulting, or a leadership role at a top-tier consulting firm
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
