As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee a large portfolio of commercial and enterprise accounts, ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product, and drive effective customer outcomes. You will also build Customer Impact Plans and partner with account teams to help customers meet business objectives and achieve success.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Related work experience; Customer Success, Project Management, Business Admin, and/or SaaS.
  • Fluency in Korean is essential as this role needs to manage Korean customers in Korea
