Solution Strategist – ServiceNow (Public Sector & WOG Initiatives)

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Solution Strategist to join our ServiceNow Solution Consulting team, with a focus on driving Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives and Public Sector transformation efforts in Singapore. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping digital transformation journeys across multiple government agencies and sectors, co-creating innovative ServiceNow-based solutions that align with strategic national initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales, or digital transformation roles
• Strong background in ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and integration approaches
• Experience with enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF) and government frameworks (e.g., IM8, D-Gov)
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, App Engine, or industry-specific ServiceNow solutions
• Understanding of security, privacy, and data governance in public sector environments
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate government needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, influencing senior leaders while supporting delivery teams
