They are seeking a Customer Support Operations Specialist to optimize their Customer Support strategy by improving customer experience, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency. This hands-on role involves data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Support Operations, Commercial Operations, or an equivalent role within a B2B software or SaaS company.
  • Advanced proficiency in Zendesk, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud, with a focus on automation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and how systems and processes can drive efficiency and business impact.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and develop cross-departmental processes.
  • Experience in building reporting frameworks and dashboards to support decision-making.
