Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Support Operations, Commercial Operations, or an equivalent role within a B2B software or SaaS company.
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud, with a focus on automation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and how systems and processes can drive efficiency and business impact.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and develop cross-departmental processes.
- Experience in building reporting frameworks and dashboards to support decision-making.
