Usercentrics is seeking a Customer Support Operations Specialist to optimize their Customer Support strategy, improve customer experience, and streamline processes. This hands-on role involves data analysis, process improvements, and proactive problem-solving within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be passionate about building scalable systems and empowering both customers and teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Support Operations, Commercial Operations, or an equivalent role within a B2B software or SaaS company.
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more of the following systems: Zendesk (preferred), Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud, with a focus on automation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and how systems and processes can drive efficiency and business impact.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and develop cross-departmental processes.
