Mindrift is seeking a Freelance ServiceNow Consultant to assist with GenAI model training and development. The role involves creating training sequences for agents, defining test cases, and writing instructions for automated behavior. This is a project-based, remote position suitable for individuals with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and advanced English proficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Advanced English (C1 or higher).
- Ability to set up and manage ServiceNow ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation.
- Proficiency in navigating ServiceNow & working with multiple departments within a single instance.
- Willingness to learn new methodologies and switch between tasks quickly.
