The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Enterprise Production Operation Services (EPOS)/Input Services (IS) Section. This role involves assisting higher-level staff with monitoring production cycles and processing batch programs. Candidates should have knowledge of technical customer call support and IT monitoring tools. They will assist with maintaining documentation and providing training.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of computer science or related fields.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of AIX, DB, VCM, and UNIX.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Ability to pass background check and disclose criminal history.
  • Ability to travel in performance of duties and work overtime.
  • Ability to use agency supplied equipment.
