CWF Domain Business Lead (m/w/d)

Devoteam is looking for an experienced CWF Domain Business Lead to strengthen their ServiceNow team. The role involves building and leading a team of IT specialists to support customers' digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business and specialist expertise in the CWF area in a consulting function
• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions or similar solutions (SalesForce)
• Experience in pre-sales activities for business development
• Ability to address stakeholders on C-level and drive the offer creation forward
• Experience in leading teams and projects as well as strong leadership qualities
• Very good general consulting and soft skills, such as structured thinking, analysis of requirements, and effective presentations
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
