We are looking for a CX Tech, Tier 3 Technician to join our Global Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen and customer service excellence, with the ability to prioritize and resolve complex issues. They will work closely with Global CX Management to deliver excellent customer support and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years CX experience at a comparable B2C brand
- Degree in technology, journalism, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience and/or demonstrated expertise
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, interacting with colleagues in multiple countries and time zones
- Familiarity and comfort with consumer streaming devices
- Ability to excel in both customer service and technical support scenarios
- Experience working with Lean/Agile methodologies and JIRA/Youtrack/ServiceNow/PagerDuty a plus
